Designed to feed 4+ people, this bundle features all of our signature products. Our generous portion sizes ensure that there is more than enough food to go around.

 

Our process

The day before the cook, our lamb shoulders are seasoned and brined overnight to ensure that maximum flavour is absorbed into the meat. We then slow cook the shoulders in our homemade braise for 8 hours low and slow. Lastly, the delicious juices are reduced and glazed over the final product.

Our twice cooked potatoes are steamed, seasoned and baked in the oven until golden brown. We season with salt and olive oil for maximum flavour. Caution these potatoes are addictive!

What days are you open over the Christmas Period?

Christmas Eve: 11:00am - 5:00pm
Christmas Day: 10:00am - 12:30pm

Please note: Pre-orders only, we will not be taking any walk-in orders on these days.

Can I walk in and order on Christmas Day?

Due to the amount of orders we won't be accepting walk ins on these two days.

Is my Christmas order ready to eat?

All our meals are cooked and ready to eat. No need to follow cooking instructions, set the table and you're good to go.

Are you offering delivery?

Due to the high demand over these two days we will not be offering any delivery services, including Uber Eats.
